Job Title:        Customer Service Liaison
Location:        Suffolk, VA
 
Summary:
As a member of a growing internet retailer, the Customer Service Liaison role resides in the Suffolk warehouse, and performs all communications required between the warehouse location and the Customer Service Team in Rochester, NY allowing customers to be contacted in any instance where their order will not be processed as expected. The Liaison is primarily responsible for looking into any issues related to shipping, shipping delays, incorrect shipments and return shipments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and looking for great career growth.

• Associates Degree
• 2-4 years experience in customer service related field
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong PC skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office and proven ability to create and maintain analytical reports in Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
